Board of Directors:
Nazmi Berisha
serves as pastor of the “Alfa & Omega” evangelical church in Ferizaj. In 2002, Christ placed faith in his heart to believe and follow Him as his Lord and Savior. Since 2006, he has been dedicated full-time to serving God, serving with students for several years and also with the local church in Ferizaj, where he continues to serve to this day. From a theological perspective, he has studied the interpretation and preaching of the Bible, and from a secular perspective, he has completed his studies in journalism. He is married and has two children.
Daniel McIntosh
is a former infantry sergeant in the US Army, serving in a mission focused on Bondsteel Military Base in Ferizaj, Kosovo. Dan has been a follower of Christ for many years and has been involved in several church plantings while his father served as a pastor. For the past decade, he has served as a mission leader at Village Church Irvine. Dan has been visiting Albania and Kosovo regularly since 2016 and is a founding member of the IGNIS Center. Dan is married and has three daughters, one of whom was adopted in Albania.
Ervin Geraj
has been a disciple of Christ since 2000. He is a member of the “Guri i qoshes” church in Kukës and has served with dedication in the city’s detention center. Ervin graduated in computer science from the “Faculty of Natural Sciences” in Tirana. He runs a business and is part of a group of Christian businessmen. Ervin is engaged.

Andi Dina
has been a follower of Jesus since 2002. Since then, he has served passionately in his local church. After completing his studies in the field of economics, Andi worked for 4 years in prison ministry and in several other organizations. In recent years, he has devoted himself more to the local church by co-leading the “Dritë” church in Tirana, as well as serving the national church through his work at the “IGNIS” center. Andi is married and has four children.

Rudina Boçe
has been a follower of Christ since 1994. She completed the “Master of Science” study program with a profile of “Contemporary Linguistics” at the University of Tirana. She also graduated from the “Center for Christian Leadership” Bible School. Rudina is a member of the “Tirana Bible Baptist Church”. She has experience in editing, translation/interpretation, teaching, as well as in the field of publishing and human resources management. Rudina joined the “IGNIS” center team in 2023.
Asim Hamza
has been a Christian believer since 1995. He completed his biblical studies at the “Albanian Biblical Institute” in 2001. Asim served for more than 20 years at the “Udhekryq” Christian Center in Ersekë through Christian camps, conferences and the “Udhekryq International Bible School”. In 2023 he completed his theological studies at the “Union School of Theology” seminary in the GDip program. He serves as a co-leader at the “Dritë” church, Tirana. Asim is married to Betilda and they have two daughters and a son.
Ditjon Dibra
came to know Christ at the age of 12. He still remembers with nostalgia the picture drawings of biblical stories that he colored at the children's meeting, and from a young age, he strives to put his talents at the service of the One who formed him with those talents and in whom he trusts. Ditjoni joined the IGNIS team in 2023 and currently serves (remotely) as a designer and proofreader for various IGNIS materials.
Vilma Dina
has completed her higher studies in German with the title of translator and interpreter of the German language at the “University of Tirana”, in 2005. She also defended her English language at the same university. Vilma has been working for the “IGNIS” center for five years and contributes voluntarily to the KSHU work team. She is married and is a member of the “Dritë” church, in Tirana.
Linea Simeon
has believed and served in the “Evangelical Church of Korça”. She completed her higher education at the “Fan. S. Noli University”, in the language and literature department in Korça. Linea holds a professional master's degree, editor's department, at the “University of Tirana”. Since 2016, she has been a member of the “Rilindja” church, in Tirana. Linea has been working at the “IGNIS” center since 2020. She is married and has a daughter.
Sara Gjana
has completed higher studies in English language teaching and translation. Sara works at the “IGNIS” center and heads the youth and children's ministry department, mainly in partnership with “Awana”. She is a member of the church "Assembly of God Church of Durrës".
